stay at home if you are unwell
regularly wash your hands, if you can't use soap and water, wash your hand with alcohol-based hand sanitiser containing at least 70% alcohol

from Tuesday 30 November, anyone entering the UK will require a PCR test within 48 hours of arrival (opens in a new window and will need to self-isolate until they have a negative result, even if they have been vaccinated
